Website Accessibility Statement

Holomua 2025 is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. We strive to make our website accessible and usable for everyone, in accordance with applicable laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Our goal is to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, which help ensure that digital content is accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, mobility, and cognitive challenges.

Despite these efforts, some users may still experience barriers. We welcome feedback and are committed to resolving accessibility issues quickly.

Event Accessibility Statement

Holomua 2025 is committed to hosting an inclusive and accessible event for all participants. We recognize the importance of creating a welcoming space where every individual—regardless of ability—can fully engage, contribute, and thrive. The event venue will be ADA-compliant and will include accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, and seating areas. We will also ensure that signage, registration areas, and session spaces are easy to navigate for individuals with mobility or sensory needs.

If you require specific accommodations—such as American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, assistive listening devices, alternative formats of printed materials, or other accessibility services—we are here to help. Please reach out to our Accessibility Coordinator, Kayla Shaw, by November 1, 2025, to allow adequate time to arrange the necessary support. You may contact her at (808) 281-8003 or via email at mauiholomua@gmail.com.

We encourage attendees to indicate any accommodation needs during the registration process. While we will do our best to honor last-minute requests, early notice greatly increases our ability to provide appropriate services. Holomua 2025 is dedicated to ensuring that all attendees, including those with disabilities, can fully participate in this important gathering of Maui’s business and community leaders. Your inclusion matters to us.
